At minimum: a five-star or private-pool villa stay, private airport transfers, a car with driver, daily breakfast, at least one signature experience — spa ritual, yacht day, or chef-led dinner — and a named concierge contact. Ask for an inclusion-and-exclusion table before paying anything; vague "all-inclusive" labels are the most common complaint in this market.
Usually not in the resort sense. Most packages bundle the stay, transfers, and selected experiences while leaving meals beyond breakfast flexible, because Bali's restaurant scene is half the reason to come.
