Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of baliluxurypackage.com and any luxury travel package you enquire about or book through it. The site and its packages are operated by Bali Premium Trip, a Bali-based travel concierge and part of Juara Holding Group. By browsing the site, sending an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you accept these Terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay anything — WhatsApp +62 811-2859-0000 reaches the same planners who build the itineraries.

1. What this site is

baliluxurypackage.com publishes guides, price bands and itineraries for luxury travel packages in Bali — honeymoon, romantic couple, family, group villa, wedding, wellness, long-stay and workcation routes. Published figures are market ranges as of their stated date and are indicative, not offers. A price becomes binding only when it appears in your written, itemised quote and you confirm it. No booking is created by reading the site or sending a first message.

2. How bookings work

Bookings are arranged conversationally: you message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form, we reply with villa options and a line-item quote for your dates, you refine it, and you confirm by paying the deposit stated in the quote through the secure payment link we send. Your confirmed itinerary, inclusions and exclusions are then issued in writing on the same thread. That written document — not the general pages of this site — is the contract for your trip.

3. Role of Bali Premium Trip and third-party suppliers

Bali Premium Trip plans, books and coordinates each package. Accommodation, yachts, venues, spas and activities are delivered by vetted, licensed third-party suppliers who own, insure and operate their own assets; your stay at a villa or resort is also subject to that property’s own house rules and registration requirements. Road transport is different: cars and chauffeurs come from Bali Premium Trip’s own fleet. Where a supplier issues its own confirmation (for example a resort booking in your name), that supplier’s conditions apply to its service alongside these Terms.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Quotes are itemised and stated in the currency shown on the quote (typically US dollars). Unless your quote says otherwise, prices include the services listed line by line and exclude international flights, travel insurance, meals beyond those listed, personal spending, and anything marked as an add-on. Government taxes and service charges applicable at the time of quoting are included where the quote says so. A deposit secures your dates; the balance schedule is stated on the quote. We never charge your card without your explicit confirmation of the final itinerary.

5. Changes and cancellations by you

Tell us as early as possible on your booking thread. Date changes and villa swaps are accommodated where supplier availability allows; differences in rate are re-quoted before anything is changed. Cancellation terms vary by supplier and season — peak-season villa bookings are typically the strictest — so your quote states the exact cancellation ladder that applies to your package before you pay. Refunds, where due, are returned by the same method used to pay, net of non-recoverable supplier charges and payment-processing fees.

6. Changes and cancellations by us

If a confirmed element becomes unavailable (for example a villa closes for repairs), we tell you promptly and offer an equivalent or better alternative at no extra cost, or a re-quote, or a refund of the affected element — your choice. If a whole package must be cancelled by us before travel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of what you have paid us. We are not liable for costs we did not sell, such as your international flights.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — including volcanic activity, earthquakes, severe weather, epidemics, government travel restrictions, or airport closures. In such cases we work with suppliers to reschedule, credit or refund what can be recovered, and we tell you honestly what cannot be. Travel insurance covering trip interruption is strongly recommended and is your responsibility to arrange.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond arrival with applicable Indonesian visa or visa-exemption requirements met; arriving with the documents suppliers require (for example marriage documents for certain wedding venues); behaving lawfully and respectfully at villas, temples and venues; disclosing health, dietary or accessibility needs that affect the itinerary; and supervising minors in your party at all times, including around private pools. Balinese ceremonial days such as Nyepi close the entire island — we flag them at planning time, and itineraries must respect them.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law. Subject to that, Bali Premium Trip’s liability for any claim arising from a package is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected element. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond exercising reasonable care in selecting and vetting them, nor for indirect losses such as missed onward travel, loss of earnings, or disappointment where services were substantially delivered as described. Activities such as surfing, diving, boat trips and sunrise hikes carry inherent risks; suppliers may require you to sign their own waivers.

10. Intellectual property and site use

The text, itinerary structures, photographs and design of this site belong to Bali Premium Trip or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not scrape, republish or resell the site’s content, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing catalogue. You agree not to probe, disrupt or overload the site’s infrastructure.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you send us feedback or a review after your trip, you grant us permission to publish it (with your first name only, or anonymised on request) on this site or the operator’s channels. Tell us on your thread if you prefer your comments to stay private, and they will.

12. Privacy

Personal data shared during enquiries and bookings is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR. In short: we collect the minimum needed to plan and deliver your trip, we do not sell data, and payment card details never touch this website.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any booking are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, message us first — most issues are resolved on the booking thread within days, because the people answering are the people who arranged the trip. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always at this page with its date at the top. The Terms in force when you confirm a booking remain the ones that govern that booking. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions before booking? Send your dates and occasion to WhatsApp +62 811-2859-0000 and ask for the quote to include the exact cancellation ladder — we would rather you read it before you pay than after.
